I'm working on a new version of retrovirus for the GP2X, it has a particle system for firing virus all over the place and a new rendering engine in SDL.
The virus have gone from little dots to fully fleshed out characters, each with four different moods they can take on, which is fun. There is a new logo splash and an amended story. We now have music and sound effects.
I'm have lots of fun with it, and i hope to have it finished by the deadline for the competition, i hope to have it done sooner than that so i can work on my new idea, which is also based upon the characters in retrovirus.
My band has taken a new form, we have lost one member and are writing new material. We should be giging again really soon i hope.
The ghost detector that we developed here at future platforms, has launhed with the horror channel. There is a cheesy tv advert and everything. Check the related links
Welcome back to the new treesofgreen.co.uk, this is the new look site. The old one was getting me down. Now we are in green. Brown. Grey.
I hope everyone likes the new colour scheme. Once again, the things that will go here will mainly be of interest to me. It's my scratch pad for ideas and thoughts. Links and people. I have tried a few new designs before i came to this one. It follows my design principles, simple clean easy to read. It is not mad colours it is not three column layout and it can be easily viewed in lynx or on a mobile phone. Styled with css, all unnesesary information has been removed. links are now just contextual. See the links box. No tables. Good.
For one of the other ideas i tried out perhaps you could look technicalmargaret, (in the related links section) let me know what you think. And if anyone is interested in using the design, talk me about it. I'm sure we could come to some arangement ;).
