Am working on a new project with tom flavel and another with nic jonson, flipside and shep respectively. Flipside being a marble puzlle game and shep being a sheep based action game. Both are in their infancy but both look great at the moment.

I got into this a little while ago, and i have discovered in them some of the most beautiful harware i have ever had the pleasure to work with. I love consoles. It a 16 mhz arm/thumb processor with harware accelorated sprites and tile engines which is lovley to work with.

I'm no expert, especially not using c (yet, one day) so here are my simplistic game bases, none of them are quite finished save for the first few i made, which were so simple a mouse with no limbs could of coded them. I hope this project will expand as my games develop. I will have at least two finished titles (well working games at least) by december.

Union

It seemed like a logical choice after pong, its a simple game with a need for dynamic sprite allocation, at this point i had not gotten the hang of much more than sprites and static background. But it works and looks shite. EOS

SS1

Sprites taken to the extream, a space shooter imagiativly entitled space shooter one. Brown. Its ok it works a bit but still i had no skill in the way of the c or the gba lots to learn.

life

Ah yes, life, in sprites, cursor is a man. easy. boring.

bomberman

This is the new venture, although iam getting bored with the idea, i think at this stage it could go in manny directions. Its a tile engine (finaly) that supports scrolling and some other things, its all based upon an array of numbers that define 4by4 blocks of landscape. The shaddows are generated dynamically since they exist under the resolutoin of my array.

These are the tiles i used, i like some of them allot. Allong with all this c that i am learn-d-ing i am also leanring to pixel. This is also fun. I may yet add some of my pixeling to this site at some point.
Yes, anyway, the engine is lovley and runs fine but i may yet change the nature of the game entirely.

f-tris

This is my tetris clone, i used it to learn tiles on the GBA hardware side of things. Its lovley. and is not finished. You can move the shapes around and change the shape but as of yet there is no game to speak of.
